Overview--This is an independent hall of fame (not to be confused with the better-known Nascar Hall of Fame), but if you're a hardcore fan, it is not to be missed!  Plenty of old, unique, and obscure cars here, and a gift shop with items donated from race shops that you can't find anywhere else.  Admission is $6+tax for adults, but well worth it (and the gift shop is free, of course).

Ratings--

To See and Do: 4 like I said, if you're a hardcore longtime fan, this is the place for you.  Plenty of cars squeezed-in from all over Nascar's history--even some non-Nascar racers too.  Yeah, it's extremely cramped, and yeah, it looks a little like a glorified private collection, but they're a volunteer organization.

Accessibility: 3 while it's great to look around both the museum and the gift shop, there's virtually nothing interactive.  This is the kind of place that's great for big-time fanatics, but I could see not holding much interest for non-fans.

Gift Shop: 5+ since most everything here has been donated from various race teams, there are literal "one of a kind" items here.  You can spend over an hour just poring through all the different obscure hero cards!

Friendliness of Staff: 5 the tour is self-guided, while the staff is in the gift shop.  Everybody there was quite nice.

Insider Tip: If you're looking for race-used tires, there's a large inventory in the museum itself.

Final Verdict--See it, especially if you think you've seen it all.
